Today, everyone is celebrating one of the most famous holidays- Thanksgiving- with turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and pies. LOTS of pies!

I personally prefer pie to cake, with its buttery crust and endless varieties of fillings. But perhaps we should all give cake a bit of attention today and add it to our Thanksgiving menu.
