Advantage-Advertising,LLC began in 1991, specializing in putting your logo on promotional products, including Barlow knives and tools.  Other products are pens, calendars, coffee mugs, caps, jackets, and yard signs.  Due to our success on the web, Barlow Knives have become our foremost products.  This page is dedicated to helping those customers who want to use Barlow Knives and Barlow Multi-tools as business gifts, and at the same time, advertise their company or organization.

PRODUCTION TIME:  From 1 day to 3 weeks, depending on the item, and your needs.
ORDER STATUS:  Call or email us.
UPS TRACKING:  Available.
QUALITY: Our imprint quality and product quality is the best in the business.
RESPONSE:  Your emails are answered within 24 hours, and usually the same day.
CHANGES:  Prices and descriptions subject to change without notice.

REFUNDS:  Imprinted merchandise: If we make a mistake on your imprint, we will re-do the order, if returned within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise.   Quality of merchandise printed with your logo or text:  If you are not satisfied, no refund is allowed, unless you have previously examined a sample. 

Un-imprinted merchandise: Return it at your expense within 14 days of shipment, and we will refund the price of the order, minus a 20% restocking fee.

PRIVACY:  We respect your privacy, and follow this policy.   We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely. Your information may be given to our suppliers and business partners as it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services. Visa / MasterCard   (by Fax or Phone).  We ship to the billing address only.

Orders from outside the United States: International orders must be prepaid in USD.  Canadian orders under $100 may be prepaid by Visa, MasterCard, cashier's check, or international Money Order.  All other international orders must be prepaid by bank wire transfer.  (Wire fees occur at both ends)  A delay of up to 14 business days may be incurred for international orders.  Restricted areas: Nigeria, Kenya, Logose, and any areas which are not set up to receive USPS Global Priority mail.
