Company Logo Knives & the Case Numbering system<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Case has 2 numbering systems. Each knife has 2 numbers assigned to it: a\u00a0<\/span>SKU number and a Pattern.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

SKU number (Model Number)
\n<\/b>This is like any other SKU number. It identifies the item according to its size, shape, color, number of blades.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pattern Number
\n<\/b>The pattern is not as specific as a SKU number. Several SKU numbers could have the same pattern. Their difference would most likely be a different handle color. The purpose of the \u201cPattern\u201d is to encode information about a knife into only a few digits.
\n<\/span>For example, 6347 is a pattern.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. The first number is the handle material (6)<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The second number is the number of blades (3)<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. The last 2 numbers are the <\/span>pattern number<\/b>, (47). 47 is the code for a Medium Stockman . 54 is the code for a Trapper.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Sometimes the number is followed by 2 letters (SS for Stainless steel, or CV for Chrome vanadium)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Handle materials:
    \n<\/b>1- Solid hardwood
    \n<\/span>2- Smooth black synthetic thermoplastic rubber
    \n<\/span>3- Smooth yellow synthetic
    \n<\/span>4- Smooth synthetic
    \n<\/span>5– Genuine stag
    \n<\/span>6-\u00a0 Jigged bone, jigged synthetic, jigged laminate, smooth bone
    \n<\/span>6.5- Bonestag
    \n<\/span>7\/P- Curly maple, rosewood, smooth laminate
    \n<\/span>8- Genuine mother-of-pearl
    \n<\/span>9- Imitation mother-of-pearl
    \n<\/span>10- Micarta, G-10
    \n<\/span>I- Ivory, Imitation ivory
    \n<\/span>EX- Exotic (Giraffe, Ostrich, Volcanic Glass, and other Exotic Handle Materials)<\/span><\/p>\n
